Ireti Doyle, an actress, has said that her celebrity status has nothing to do with her unsuccessful marriage to actor and media figure Patrick Doyle.
She made this remark in response to a comment made by her social media fans regarding her failing marriage.
“It truly does crush my heart watching renowned celebrities like you that most of us view as role models, experiencing marital issues that eventually lead to divorce,” Vicky stated in a series of tweets sent on Saturday by Doyle. Does it imply you can’t maintain your house and your fame?” “One has nothing to do with the other,” the actress said.
Doyle emphasized in a series of tweets that celebrity and money came with a certain measure of responsibility.
“Whether I recognized, liked, signed up for it, or not, with ‘fame and riches’ comes a certain amount of responsibility which should influence the way one goes.
“Wisdom, not cowardice,” she wrote.
Doyle said in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo released on Thursday that she did not participate in rumours about her failing marriage since it was none of her business.
“We are officially divorced,” she said.
Do you ever catch me discussing my personal life in public? Nobody cares about that. That is not something to which one is entitled. Because I am an actress and work in the public eye, no one has the right to know about my personal life. And, to be honest, I don’t owe anybody an explanation.
So, if it helps you digest your morning tea, go ahead and hypothesize all you want.
“My life is not an animation. I cannot lay down my life on the altar of your fancy or vision.
I apologize if I offended anybody. “I had no choice but to chose me.”
